I seriously feel like this is not being taken seriously. Saying they are working 9-11 hours a day when they aren’t. Patient Beds - Just a really general question about how other NHS Hospitals do the cleaning of the beds. Currently we are washing the beds after use, put a green tag on them to say they have been cleaned and bag the mattress in a plastic bag.
Reviews
I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone I know. From my time here, I have noticed the empathy and respect the staff has for the residents and family members that are at Hampton Court. As I finish my last few weeks of my internship, I can not be more grateful and appreciative of the experience I had while I worked at Hampton Court. Each nursing home that provides services to people with Medicare or Medicaid is required to make the results of its last full inspection available at the nursing home for the public to review.
I don't like the fact that the staff does not speak English around the patients. My grandmother, who is a native English speaker gets confused when the nurses are speaking other languages around her. After 1 month she ended up with a mysterious blood infection and pneumonia. She was right when she said they never moved her around, the hospital verified that. They were recommended to us as being really good, unfortunately they turned out to be really neglectful. She also had a 2nd fall due to incompetent careless nurses.
The food always looks and smells very appealing. My family and I are forever grateful to the care this facility that I highly recommend provides. The place is old, the staff in the offices are rude and have attitudes. Patients are left sitting around not doing anything. They make you feel like they’ll be there for your loved one but after a while, they’re ready to kick them out once they get paid. There are a few good cnas and lpns but after that, look elsewhere.
