Because of Medicaid issues, we're keeping him there for now. So far, they take good care of him, and they've been very responsive. They always keep us informed and calls to let us know anything that's going on. At this point, because of the pandemic, the activities are very limited. 5 star facility they were so on top of my moms rash that was about to become a bed sore it's healing. They nurses are super attentive and the rehab is beyond. My mom is improving the therapist are incredible you don't even have to ask for an update they actually call and find to show me my moms progress.
One other thing I should mention, is that in the past four years I've had three close family members in rehabilitation facilities in Illinois, so I do have some knowledge about how these facilities should operate. Believe me when I say that Hampton Court is the best I've seen.Thank you to Lanie, and ALL of her wonderful staff. I am currently an intern at Hampton Court in the activities department. From my experience so far, this facility goes above and beyond in providing not only professional, but compassionate care. All of the disciplines work together as a team and have been very welcoming and helpful towards me.
She said that if we weren't satisfied with any phase of the stay, to ask for her and she would straighten out any problems we were having. It was good to know that the owner was "on site" daily, and would be there if we had any complaints.As it turned out, we had none, because every member of the staff was competent, courteous, and helpful with our needs. My congratulations to Lanie who makes certain that every member of her staff, meets her very high standards in the hiring process.

There are 102 total residents living at Hampton Court Nursing And Rehabilitation Center. My mom had hip replacement surgery and i needed to find her an In-patient rehab. I went to several to take a look and was turned off. The place is clean and doesnt smell but most importantly they have been taking good care of her.The physical therapist is excellent and the staff is very attentive and help her with whatever she needs.
I just feel this is a bit backwards and think the beds should be cleaned prior to use - just asking what others do and reasons why. My father is at Hampton Court, which is a nursing home that I have heard of before. They're very good and they're doing an excellent job. They take care of my father better than I would.
